New Surgery

We have finally obtained planning permission for our new surgery on Goose Lane between Upper and Lower Quinton. The plans can be viewed in the waiting room at Quinton Surgery. We have been advised that the new surgery should be ready Autumn 2008.

Access Appointments

We have reserved some early and late appointments slots for on-line booking via the internet- these are called ACCESS appointments. They are designed for those who are travelling to work, or are already at work, when the telephone line open at 8.30 and are therefore not able to make appointments in the usual way. Nurse's appointments can also be booked in this way. To use this system, you need a user id and logon instructions which the receptionists can supply you with. You can also order your repeat medication using this service.

Repeat Prescriptions

We have restricted the times when you can phone the dispensary to order your medication. This is because the dispenser is very busy when surgery is in progress and it disrupting to have to stop and take telephone calls. The new times are:

11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm

However there are alternative ways of ordering your repeat prescriptions including via the new ACCESS system.
